Appointment booking: Data is received by email and also stored in our internal database.
Newsletter subscription: Email addresses are processed and stored securely in the Mailchimp system.
Medical records: Data is stored securely in our internal system, processed only for service delivery.
Web analytics: Data is stored on Google servers in an anonymized form.

The Data Controller uses the following service providers:
Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC): Managing and sending newsletters.
Resend (Resend, Inc.): Sending system messages and booking confirmations.
Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics): Website traffic statistics.
Hosting Service Provider: Operation of the website.
Data transfer to a third country (USA) may occur in the case of Mailchimp, Resend, and Google, which is ensured by the providers through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Data Retention Period
- Appointment booking data is kept for up to 1 year.
- Newsletter subscription data is kept until consent is withdrawn.
- Medical records are stored for the legally required period (min. 5 years).
- Google Analytics data: Automatically deleted from Google's system after 14 months.
